Please note that all packages are shipped from the LovelyKayley warehouse. Except for the countries we mentioned above, in other countries, our goods are not taxed, so import duties may occur depending on your country's customs and shipping method. THE SOLUTION

Detailed steps to submit a return request

Click account.lovelykayley.com, or go to the refund policy, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

    Please email us at  service@lovelykayley.com describing the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. If the items in your package are damaged, missed, or you received incorrect items, please register with us and provide photos. Please keep the image below 2MB.

    Different solutions for different responsibilities

    1. If the issue is caused by LovelyKayley, we will allow a return of the item to our warehouse and provide either a refund or an exchange. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either offer compensation or ship a replacement item free of charge.

    2. If the customer is responsible for the issue, such as having ordered an incorrect size product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

    NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY

    Condition

    It is important to note that all item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for return /exchange /refund.

    Eligibility

    The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and clearance items. Our warranty does not apply to the above products. However, if you feel you have any questions, you can still contact us.

    We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. We offer a cancellation service for these orders with a $7 cancellation fee, provided the parcel is returned to the sender and not delivered in error.

    THE TIME REQUIRED

    1. You have a 30-day window to decide whether an item is suitable for you.  If you have a problem, please email us within 30 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept requests for return /exchange /refund requests for orders that exceed this timeframe.

    2. For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

    WHERE IS MY REFUND?

    For items that require a refund, your refund will be issued in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. The refund time frame is as below:

    1. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank between 7-14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    2. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to PayPal account Up to 48 hours after receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers with questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.

    Attention

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account first.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
